Kandy Kirk is a full-time Managing Broker for Chinowth & Cohen Realtors at their Broken Arrow division. When Kandy became a licensed Agent 10 years ago, she joined Chinowth & Cohen  Realtors. She was quickly recognized as “Rookie of the Year”, a prestigious honor given to Agents in the industry who show promise & success. She continues to provide real estate services for her many referrals from past clients as well as family and friends.

Kandy is a Certified Residential Specialist and has completed the NINJA Training Program which she uses daily when interacting with Cooperating Brokers, Agents, Buyers, and Sellers.

Kandy studied Interior Design at TCC in Tulsa and outside of real estate when she’s not flying off to some far-away adventure, she’s spending time with her family & friends discovering new and exciting places in our beautiful city of Tulsa and Lake Tenkiller. She supports Dress For Success, The Demand Project, The Tulsa Boys Home, and Habitat for Humanity.

I feel truly blessed for the many opportunities I’ve had and for the tremendous amount of joy in my life and do not take a single second for granted….CARPE DIEM!
